When you purchase something from Cherry's online store, as part of the process we collect some of your information. We ask for you name, address and email a dress at checkout. This information is only kept for the duration of the buying and selling process. 
When you click onto our website and browse our store, we automatically receive your computer's I.p address ( internet protocol). The reason this happens is so that we are provided with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 
With your permission we may also use your email address for marketing purposes. This would include the sending of emails about our store, New products and other updates. If you do not wish to reciece these emails will give you the opportunity to say no.

2) Disclosure. 
We may disclose your personal information, but only if we are required by law to do so.

3) PayPal.

We may use the use of cookies to make the buying and selling process a lot easier.

Cherry's reserve the right to modify any of there policies. In the event of the changing of a policy, Cherry's will notify you by email that they have been updated.

Refund and Exchange

Refund and Returns Policy.


-       At Cherrys we understand that sometimes we change our mind, or don’t like the item we                  have purchased after we buy it.

-       However as we are dealing with jewellery some items are non refundable or exchangeable.

-       In the interest of hygiene we are unable to exchange any pierced items or hair pieces.

-       If it’s the case that you have a bought a set and want to return the whole set we ask that you email us at

-       All pieces are under a 6 month warranty, which is limited to any manufacturing fault with the stones. This warranty excludes personal preferences or general wear-and-tear which may occur.

-       There is no refund or exchange for Sale Items. Purchase is final.
